Fireboy DML burst into tears after performing at Wembley Stadium

Nigerian singer Fireboy DML could not hold his emotions after he had the opportunity of performing in front of thousands of people at the Wembley Stadium.

The Nigerian singer reportedly performed in front of the 90,000-capacity stadium on Wednesday, June 29 alongside UK superstar Ed Sheeran where they performed their global hit ‘Peru’ Rmx.


Fireboy amidst tears in front of the mammoth crowd announced that his next album ‘Playboy’ will be released in August 2022.


He was so emotional about the feat he has achieved in his relatively short stint in the music industry, having recently become the first Afrobeat artiste to perform on the main stage of BET awards that he shed tears while dishing out songs from his repertoire to the enthusiastic crowd at Wembley.
